Prior to working with Kirsten I was being helped by Alvin. He was very new to the sales industry and it was obvious he was very disorganized and had all paperwork all over the place. After being reimbursed for paying for a duplicate license it all went down hill with him. Soon after I was asked to leave because other customers needed helped when there was plenty of other sales representative who were not busy at their desk. The next day I was told everything worked in my favor and I had to come in to take care of paper work. Kirsten was very helpful and nice! She was professional and accommodated me with anything I needed. We had laughs and genuine conversation of family and kids. Overall she is a very great worker and nice person. More
