I had just purchased my Trail Hawk from Carvana and had 3 or 4 things end up going wrong with it within the 1st month. It had been turned away from a regular repair center due to all the issues. Not only did or 4 things end up going wrong with it within the 1st month. It had been turned away from a regular repair center due to all the issues. Not only did Tracy (my advisor) make sure everything was done correctly she truly was on my side with the difficult insurance company. They did everything they could to make this awful time (almost a month in all) of not having my vehicle as easy as possible. I received updates frequently and most importantly my car feels brand new again! I already had them repair our Wrangler that no one else could seem to fix (out of my own pocket), and they did everything possible to save me money and that vehicle ALSO has never ran better. If this would let me rate 10/10 I would!! More
