Josh, while a new sales rep, was amazing and made me feel comfortable! All the managers, the finances staff, the service staff, everyone was incredible. I walked out with a new 2022 Jeep Cherokee didn't feel forced into buying additional packages and drove off feeling happy and at peace with my decision. Definitely how car buying should be! I came to Heritage after having a HORRIBLE experience at Faulkner, and everyone at Heritage made it a point to take care of everything I need. Would recommend to anyone buying a car! More
