They were not returned only to email me eight hours later and tell me he could not sell the car to me at the price listed. I have a list of dealers to call with similar pricing, but friends referred me to the dealership. What a waste of time. That they emailed me earlier, but I never got the email yet. When I talked to them on the phone they resent the email and it came over in seconds Complete horrible customer service was looking to make a cash offer and walk out with the car in a day or two don’t waste your time. More

Well where do I start first off this dealership sold my sister in-law a used jeep compass. Which was supposed to be a certified pre owned. Well someone in the service department decided to inspect said car sister in-law a used jeep compass. Which was supposed to be a certified pre owned. Well someone in the service department decided to inspect said car realized it needed 2 tires which was fine. However they proceeded to install a 255/55/18 on the front axle and let the original 225/55/18 on the rear. Well if you know anything about all wheel drive vehicles this thing was a handful to drive in the rain. And would hum at highway speeds. Reason it was not caught at time of delivery is it was dark. Called and spoke to Wendell and told him car was unsafe to drive he proceeded to tell me he spoke with his service advisor and That's not a problem. Meanwhile my sister in-law is scared to drive her new car. So I asked Wendell when can they fix their mistake he says Tuesday and he didn't have a rental car to give her.I worked out a deal with him where he said he would pay for a rental car for her and then cut her a check for the rental fee as they didn't have a car to give her. Well it's been 2 weeks and finally reimbursement for the rental after a few back and forth phone calls.However they did fix said car by putting 2 new tires on the front however they should have put 4 on it for the inconvenience. About the only person that seemed to know what he was going was a gentleman in truck service department Brian he was super helpful when I called in. Wendel and I spoke and agreed that there is a problem in there service department and they are looking into correcting it. More

Another win. I came in on a 2018 Ford Explorer, and was quickly directed to Gavyn. Gavyn had the Explorer waiting for me, for when I got there. Gavyn was extreme I came in on a 2018 Ford Explorer, and was quickly directed to Gavyn. Gavyn had the Explorer waiting for me, for when I got there. Gavyn was extremely well informed on this vehicle, which he didn't know until he met me, I work at a local Ford dealership and already had know 95% of what this vehicle had to offer. He did his homework, and definitely impressed me from minute 1. Long story short, the Explorer wasn't meant to be. The sales team offered to see if they could find me a brand new vehicle at this point, and I agreed to see some options. They found a really nice 2024 Jeep Compass, that had probably the best color package on the lot, as it's sying gray or what would mimic destroyer gray on other mopar vehicles. I took it for a spin, with Gavyn going over some of the features on this vehicle, I knew some of the stuff for previously working for another CDJR dealership. Gavyn's knowledge was on point, and I couldn't have asked for a better person to work with, especially to catch me up on standard features in this vehicle. This is now the 3rd vehicle I have purchased from MileOne Autogroup, and everytime its been a solid start to finish. I still own my 1st vehicle I purchased, and traded the 2nd one in for my Compass. The finance process was amazing also. Derek Morrison, made sure I got in and out as quick as possible. The explanation of the details to signing of the paperwork, quick and easy. Definitely love that Heritage tries to make as much of the paperwork as paperless as possible with the table signing on a screen process. Again thank you to the Heritage team, hopefully when the time comes around again and my interest in Mopar is still strong, or if there is something else I like, we can do business again. More

Avoid this dealership. They have terrible customer service and lazy mechanics at the repair department. I told them what the issue was and they still ignored it and refused to make the situation right or take any accountability. I'd give them zero stars if I could. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP! More
