We were visiting Hershey PA (from NY) for a basketball tournament for our daughter and got in late on a Friday evening having significant brake noise after we finished our highway drive. I called 2 deale tournament for our daughter and got in late on a Friday evening having significant brake noise after we finished our highway drive. I called 2 dealerships and was told they could not fit us in to their service schedule, when I called Freedom I spoke with Dan Ward their service asst manager and he said he would see our vehicle today, recommended what time we should come and assured us he would have it taken care of. We have four children, and needed a vehicle he assured us he would help us with a rental if necessary, but thought it may not require too much time. He had a courtesy vehicle take us to a lunch spot and retail area and called us one hour later that the vehicle was done. The entire thing was covered under warranty, however, the major issue was that we had a car issue and Dan and Freedom took care of us expediently and with great care and compassion for our situation.
