Had an exhaust issue and when I took it to this dealer I was told they could only get an after market exhaust since they had nothing else in their inventory and it would take longer to get a factory made pa was told they could only get an after market exhaust since they had nothing else in their inventory and it would take longer to get a factory made part. At the time I didn't know the difference so I told them that was ok. After being charged $1,200 for the parts and service, it didn't even last a week. I took it back in twice and was told they couldn't find anything wrong, even though I video taped the Jeep making a noise and Kim Cruz had a mechanic come out to look at it and drive it but he said the noise was from the four wheel drive shaft. After driving it a couple more weeks the noise kept getting worse, I took it back in again and this time they found the Exhaust Manifold was broken again. This is the third one replaced on this Jeep in one year. They were going to charge me another $300+ for labor to fix the issue until I made a complaint about their cheap parts and crappy repair service and the fact I had now paid $2,000 in one year to get this issue fixed with most of the charges coming from labor. The part itself cost $150. After making the complaint to Meaghan that they have raked me over enough in labor fees and the part didn't even last a week before it failed, she said she would check with her manager to see if she could get the labor fee waved. I had asked when I had the part installed what the warranty coverage would be. I was told by Kim that she wasn't sure about the part warranty and I could check with Meaghan, but that they backed up their service for a year. My brother in law who had taken me to pick up my Jeep heard the same comment. Yet now I was being told that wasn't true and that labor isn't covered under warranty for a newly installed part that fails. After Meaghan talked to her manager, they agreed not to charge me this time. Because this has become an issue, I started to check internet Jeep forums and I found the failure of this aftermarket part is a common problem in the Jeep community. Being a Jeep dealer, they should be aware of the issue with this part failing at a high rate and shortly after being installed. Maybe they are and that is why they won't put a labor warranty on the part. It doesn't do any good to have a warranty on a $150 part when the labor is double that amount when it fails. They should not be installing it on their customers Jeeps. Being a Jeep dealer, they should have access to get factory Jeep made parts for their customers same day or at least next day and give us an option to install the cheap part or install the factory made part. I have learned a lesson with this issue and I don't know how long this third cheap after market part will last, but I know now in the future if it fails again I will have to argue with them again about the labor fees for a cheap part and will probably have to go someplace that sells quality parts and backs up their service with a warranty and doesn't try to rake their customers for more labor charges. When you have to argue to get even a weeks warranty coverage on something, it lets you know what kind of service company you are dealing with and the lack of quality you are getting for your money. I made an appointment to have my car inspected and oil changed, also to have the screeching brakes checked and problems with the steering wheel shaking if going over 40 mph when applying the brakes. Trish changed, also to have the screeching brakes checked and problems with the steering wheel shaking if going over 40 mph when applying the brakes. Trish was very helpful she had the mechanic check out all the things we discussed and she came back to me and explained everything that was wrong and what they were going to do and the cost. Also left me know anything that needed to be done for it to pass inspection. Very helpful and very pleasant and personable. Some additional repairs have to be done but parts had to be ordered, she explained that the parts department would call me and let me know when they are in and I am to contact Trish to set up an appointment to bring my car in for the additional work to be done. She also stated she will arrange for me to have a loner car for these repairs so I don't have to take off work. More

I would like to give commendation to trish hollenbaugh for understanding the importance of my doctor appointment and i was able to reach there on time. Amanpreet k Saini More

I was driving from Pittsburgh to NYC. My Grand Cherokee broke down about thirty miles from Harrisburg. I looked up several Jeep dealers in the area. Freedom was very friendly over the phone (Trish Hollenb broke down about thirty miles from Harrisburg. I looked up several Jeep dealers in the area. Freedom was very friendly over the phone (Trish Hollenbaugh) and recommended a tow company. I had to spend the night, but Trish and Freedom worked quickly to get my car fixed by lunch time. Trish was the best: very personable, friendly, and kept me up to date on everything as they examined my car. I didn't get taken advantage of either; the cost to repair was much less than I had feared it might be. More
I have been using this dealership for several months now, and the service is always very good. The staff is very helpful and they do a good job. I really appreciate the fact that they always wash my car aft and the service is always very good. The staff is very helpful and they do a good job. I really appreciate the fact that they always wash my car after servicing it. When I first moved to Harrisburg several years ago, I tried the dealership that occupied these premises before, but was not impressed, so I took the car to another dealer several miles from my home. Since the new ownership? took over, the service has been very good, and I appreciate the fact that I don't have to drive several miles and then wait in the dealership for service. Would highly recommend. More
Went in for an inspection and grinding front brakes. Told the noise was from the back brakes not the front brakes. Replaced the back brakes at a alot of $$$. Next day, heard the same noise in the fron Told the noise was from the back brakes not the front brakes. Replaced the back brakes at a alot of $$$. Next day, heard the same noise in the front. Took it back and all they could do for me is tell me to take it back to the original place I got my latest brakes on the front. Also had a Chrysler rep there and not willing to do ANYTHING for me. I'm still looking for a reputable dealer in the Harrisburg area because these are guys are nice, but as slimey as it gets. They got my $$$ and then didn't care about anything else, especially not fixing the problem. NEVER AGAIN! More

I back in to be serviced for the second time. My expierence this time was much better than the first. I was able to get my car in quick and easy. I called Evelyn this am and told her about my problems with the car and she told me to just ask for Allen and he will take care of it. Freedom Crysler Jeep fixed my cars problems quickly today and they gave me a very nice rental to use. I was extremely satisfied with everything the dealership did for me today! Hopefully my vehicle won't need serviced anytime soon, but when it does I'm sure freedom will do a great job again. Thank you Evelyn for answering your cell phone this morning on your day off and thank you freedom crysler jeep for being so friendly! I don't know any other owner of a dealership that would give you thier personal cell phone number, and I really appreciate it! This definetly changed my thoughts about freedom crysler jeep for the better! More
I had my 2003 Jeep inspected today. My service contact was Dave Travis who was very friendly and responsive to my questions. After my inspection and emissions test was completed, Dave stated that a few items needed to be done since my vehicle had 127, 000 miles. We reviewed the items and I stated that at least two of the items were completed and the third was not. He provided prices and no pressure to get this done right away. Dave did provide me his contact name and number for when I would schedule the needed items to be serviced. Overall the experience was good, and very helpful. More
