Regular maintenance I have yet to be able to reserve a loaner car during my appointment after two years of using this dealership for service. I was "promised" a vehicle w I have yet to be able to reserve a loaner car during my appointment after two years of using this dealership for service. I was "promised" a vehicle would be available for my appointment this week but was told nothing had been returned or available when I got there. My appt. was only to take an hour as they were not going to inspect my vehicle as it was due in two weeks.. No problem, I need to bring it back in two weeks to address the recalls on my Jeep. First recall was addressed in June, three months earlier. Service was offered to wash my vehicle which I agreed to. When my Jeep was ready, the threshold of the drivers door was filthy. I keep my vehicle clean as my husband is employed at a body shop and despises filthy vehicles. I was stunned at the condition my vehicle was returned to me. Worse than when I gave it to the dealership. While it did need a wash from the recent weather conditions the quality of the wash was a poor attempt. Really, if you are going to wash a vehicle with those results, please don't even offer this service. More
