Our salesperson, Amy Troutman, was very knowledgeable and super nice. We decided to buy the Charger. As everyone knows, buying a car can be a slow process, but Amy made it as pleasant as possible. She was awesome with our 3 year old daughter too! So, fast forward to June, and we decide to replace my truck with a 2016 Jeep Patriot. Naturally, we went to Amy again. She was so helpful and even made arrangements to deliver on her day off. I have already recommended Amy and Freedom to multiple coworkers. Amy Troutman was fantastic to work with - it's obvious that she knows her car "stuff" and she's just an all around nice person. I felt confident that she was taking my family's needs seriously and working to get us the best bang for our buck. My only complaint is that we were in the dealership for a long time waiting for all the t's to be crossed and i's to be dotted after the decided to make the purchase. In the end though, we got a great vehicle and a good deal, so I'm definitely pleased. More
