They figured it out! Unfortunately, I recently had a problem with the car I purchased from Freedom. They went above and beyond for me. They came and towed my car. At first it seemed ok, and wasn't throwing a code. They figured it was moisture in the gas tank, so they filled my tank. The problem we were having, they did then notice. Somehow, they figured out that it was a bad coil. They fixed it, and they had a shuttle service pick me up from work. Haven't had an issue since. I would like to mention Ashley Albright, a sales associate in this review. Even though her job was done, she made the sale, she got involved with my service. When I didn't know who to contact, she got back to me. When she got to work, she saw my car there and talked to the service dept. She drove it herself, and noticed what I was talking about. Ashley didn't have to do all that. Most sales associates wouldn't display the follow through that she did. She's an A+ associate! More
