You WILL regret dealing with this place I purchased a 2013 ram 2500 from them on black Friday. I flew in from Michigan to get it. On my way home with the truck that night it broke down with I purchased a 2013 ram 2500 from them on black Friday. I flew in from Michigan to get it. On my way home with the truck that night it broke down with rear end trouble. It stayed at the nearest Chrysler dealership for 3 days. Got it home and had it 4 days. It broke down again same issue. It's now been at another Chrysler dealership for 3 weeks. They have to replace the entire rear end because the service department at freedom replaced a bearing in the rear end and failed to torque it properly. The sales manager promised to reimburse me for my hotel stay and my cost to go back and get the truck from the first time it broke down. I have not received anything from them and he will not return phone calls. Do yourself a favor and learn from my mistake.....DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS PLACE!!! Their service department is obviously incompetent and their sales department customer service is terrible. More
