From the moment I happened to be helped by Evelyn in the parking I have never experienced such an amazingly, customer-serviced focused organization. From the moment I happened to be helped by Evelyn in the parking lot, to her hearing why I was there to purchase a vehicle and her wrapping me up in a genuine hug, along with my son, personally selecting the person who was going to help me (Vane) to introducing me to the entire management team and telling them to take care of me personally. It was a first class experience, they took the time to answer my questions, take a nice test drive to get a good feel to Vane personally connecting with me and my son, who is working to determine if he will go to college or the military next fall.
