I asked to talk to the service tech to describe my needs and concerns and was given that access. The tech even checked with me with feedback during the service. I don’t always need this level of interaction, but in this instance I did and was given everything I asked for. While waiting I also looked at the new cars just to pass some time. I even met an awesome salesman who showed me new cars and features all while knowing I was not yet in the market. So all in all I couldn’t be more pleased with your dealership and the people that made it such a good experience. More

Service and Warranty is difficult Took my car in for repair of a warrantied part and the dealer tried ever angle not to cover the failing part. It was the second time the part failed and I even brought video of the part NOT WORKING yet they refused to replace. I had to pick up my vehicle while a factory rep “considers” my appeal to replace their warrantied part. More
The Service department is AMAZING!! I needed an oil change and tire rotation and Tracy in service was absolutely fantastic to deal with. We decided to get our 64k maintenance done at Freedom Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of H We are fulltime RVers so we don't have a "local" service center. We decided to get our 64k maintenance done at Freedom Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Harrisburg based on our route, schedule and online reviews. Everyone I encountered was very friendly. I had a full day of my own work to do so I set up my laptop in the very nice waiting area and got busy. My chief complaint - and it is not a small one - is that I ended up with an additional $900+ of work that I didn't get a professional courtesy to approve before it was done. When I made the appointment for service I was given a quote of $350-$500 and 3.5-4 hour time frame. My husband was out of the country, and when I reviewed the list of items to have checked out, there were a couple items not on the service center's list but they said they would look at them. I did not say perform this list at any cost. If we were not talking about the same list of items, it was my complete expectation that if the estimate was going to be over $350- $500 that someone would let me know. So imagine my surprise when 9.5 hours later my vehicle is finally finished and I'm presented with a $1400 bill…with no in-between step of getting a heads up, getting a written estimate, asking if I wanted the additional work done. What if I didn't want the additional work done at that price? What if I didn't have the additional $900?! And it's not like I was hard to reach since I was in the waiting area for the entire day. Based on other reviews I believe our experience was probably not typical, but still worth sharing. I'm not sure how or why there was such a large disconnect that we ended up paying the price for. After I expressed my shock the service manager did knock a couple hundred dollars off and gave me two free oil changes (did I mention we don't live there and were just passing through?!). However, if we do find ourselves in the general area and in need of service we will probably make another selection and be sure to request a written estimate for any additional work before it is performed. Horrible experience. I won’t be back I had to pay for an Uber to take me home after I dropped off my car ($25.00) and when they called me to tell me it was done at 6pm the same night they I had to pay for an Uber to take me home after I dropped off my car ($25.00) and when they called me to tell me it was done at 6pm the same night they said no shuttle was available to get me so ...again I had to Uber ($25.00) back. I have a 2017 Jeep and all I needed to have done was oil change and tire rotation along with a detail. Now $117.00 later the Jeep is still dirty. Maybe I’m spoiled from my Ford dealer but I think all this was unacceptable More
