BUYER BEWARE, terrible customer service Purchased a 50,000 Pacifica, they then dropped the ball. 7 months to get headphones, remote, transmission went bad, they sent me another dealer, won't Purchased a 50,000 Pacifica, they then dropped the ball. 7 months to get headphones, remote, transmission went bad, they sent me another dealer, won't return phone calls, ask you to remove bad reviews, but never ever address what's wrong w/their sales/service/ownership. BUYER BEWARE, go somewhere else. Call after call, they won't return your message. They also switched the warranty I purchased from a dents/dings or a "interior cleaning package" without my knowledge. When I called them on it, they again don't return calls, act like it was my mistake. When I did take it for interior cleaning, they actually caused more dirt on my visor than the dirt inside. Grease stains on grey interior. I again asked for it to be cleaned....cricket cricket. Owner won't return calls, customer service won't either. I requested Service to pull my records....surprise....no follow-up. More

Disappointed I took our 2018 Compass for service at 3,000 and was told to go home, 5,000 or 6 months Tracy told me. My wife is driving the car with just 4,000 mile I took our 2018 Compass for service at 3,000 and was told to go home, 5,000 or 6 months Tracy told me. My wife is driving the car with just 4,000 miles and it completely stalls while she is driving 50 miles per hour. I called our sales rep and he didn’t even get back to me for 3 days. Had to bring the car in myself. Staff was fine during oil change ($70!!!). Really liked the buying process, but, have been highly disappointed since. More
