Great service, somewhat overpriced The good - Great costumer service, dropped my Jeep off for inspection and walked across the street for lunch. While eating it started to rain and was The good - Great costumer service, dropped my Jeep off for inspection and walked across the street for lunch. While eating it started to rain and was still raining when I was called to pick up my Jeep. When I said I would just wait for the rain to slow down they offered to come pick me up in my Jeep and drive me back to the shop. The not so good - I purchased my Jeep brand new although a model year old and had to pay for an inspection 2 months later. The bad - they tell you when you buy a vehicle from them that you get free inspections and that you just have to pay for emissions,which sounds great but they charge you almost double what other shops charge for emissions, probably to cover the charge of the Inspection that is supposed to be free. $44 for emissions is much more than I've found at local shops. Overall- great service probably wouldnt return for service not covered under warranty, prices are just to high. Couldn't recommend to other for the same reason. But if costumer service is more important to you, you probably won't find anywhere better than. Here. More
