Bad Customer Service I had an awful experience with Heritage Dodge. They listed their trucks with huge savings but after you inquire about them you realize that you do no I had an awful experience with Heritage Dodge. They listed their trucks with huge savings but after you inquire about them you realize that you do not qualify for most of the savings. Also they are unwilling to match trade in values with other dealers. I had two other quotes from other dealers and heritage quote was much less and they would not even discuss moving the amount on my trade. I also emailed to managers and I did not get a return email back. I definitely would not recommend this dealership and I will definitely let the people I know looking for a car tonight go to Heritage Dodge. More

Julian did an amazing job getting the vehicle i wanted. He went above and beyond to get a great price and monthly payment i wanted.
