Truck would not start I had my truck towed there at 11:00 pm on a Sunday night. Left my keys and filled out the information needed on drop box envelope. Needed the expert to handle it I called to schedule my service with a particular mechanic, who is always busy. The service rep was pleasant and accommodating, to squeeze me in.. After dropping my vehicle off I was prepared for it to be there for at least two days. But the service rep called me an hour later with problem amd the cost. I agreed to the repairs and the vehicle was completed in four hours. More

Great First Time Experience I had a great service experience at Heritage Chevrolet repairing an electrical issue. It was properly diagnosed, estimated, and repaired. My wife advised me that her vehicle had an indicator on Upon my review of the vehicles, I could see that her vehicle was well over the mileage for her next oil change. we tried calling the dealership that she purchased her vehicle from but they offered a date three weeks out. I then called Heritage and they took me right in and serviced the vehicle. Great job More

Stephanie welcomed me with a warm smile and proceeded to walk me to the lounge while I waited. After about 40 mins she advised my tire had a nail and it was repairable. I was out within 25 min after that. Service was finally complete and she cashed me out. She didnt just leave me in the lounge and wait endlessly until I have to say something. That has happened at other places. I appreciated that. She stapled her card for me if I needed her in the future. I will most def. be back! Thank you! -SW More
Came to fix something easy ended up with damage Came 5/29/19 to get rear wiper sprinkler fixed, wasn't spraying. Tech looked to see if he can fix it, could not. We discussed setting up appt with Ricky (very nice guy), while I was in the office with Ricky the tech did something and windshield wiper fluid started to leak from the top inside the vehicle, part or ceiling is now blue. Then the tech decides to start pulling off the back plastic panels with a large screwdriver and plastic clips that hold it in-place started to brake. I asked if they will replace this part because I don't want broken pieces back in my car. I was cringing to see my $70K vehicle being treated like it's lawnmower. I spoke to Ricky that day and was told that they'll take care of it, and the manager will contact me and make it right. All I asked Ricky is to have someone who knows exactly what they are doing to fix my vehicle. After a couple days no-one contacted me, I called GM and received a call 5/31/19 from a Customer Experience manager name Mike, he asked to bring the car in and leave it there, I said that's not a problem at all but I may get a vehicle to drive while mine is being fixed since you guys caused this issue, Mike stated that he'll call me back. I have yet to receive another phone call from him or anyone else from Heritage Chevrolet. I called and asked for Mike to call me back on 6/14/19, no reply. I called today for Mike again and was told he'll call me back. Well it's been 4 hours and Mike is still hiding behind the phone. I didn't expect this kind of treatment of customers More
Pleasant surprise I normally have my cars serviced at another local dealership. I was treated poorly . I recently moved to Owings Mills and decided to try Heritage Chev I normally have my cars serviced at another local dealership. I was treated poorly . I recently moved to Owings Mills and decided to try Heritage Chevrolet. I was pleasantly surprised that I was provided with such great customer service from the service advisor to the shuttle driver. This will be my new service center from now on. More
