I want to say, "THANK YOU" to my service advisor Ms. Vivian Brunson for adding my car to the service calendar today. I came to get an oil change this morning but realized my truck was having issues with Vivian Brunson for adding my car to the service calendar today. Good Serv Brought my car in for dead battery on Monday morning because I thought it might still be under warranty. It was replaced 26 months ago on warranty so Brought my car in for dead battery on Monday morning because I thought it might still be under warranty. Made things right I had a visit with the service department and they ended up doing a bunch of work on a car that we bought a year ago.. 2014 Cruze.. Obviously the dealership and service department is a business and there to make money. It is very easy for a service department to give you the fear that your car needs all this work and how urgent it needs to be done and stretch the truth some to gain more business. I am not going into what upset me BUT when my concerns were brought to Mike Schilt, He was professional, nice and he got results right away.. He is fair.. I will come back and tell everyone else the same.. It is because of Mike.. They do good work but you really need a great manager to go to bat for you if needed. More
