So. went in today to get a quote on a repair I knew wouldn’t be cheap………..Anyhoo, pulled into the service area,all advisor chairs full,no one assisting an went in today to get a quote on a repair I knew wouldn’t be cheap………..Anyhoo, pulled into the service area,all advisor chairs full,no one assisting anyone.Wait in my vehicle for a service advisor to engage me as I have no clue who is supposed to be dealing with incoming CUSTOMERS,y’know,those annoying people who come in and want to pay for services. So I wait,and wait……..everyone sitting comfortably in their seats.Nothing.So figure maybe I am being rude or not following protocol,so get out my vehicle and wait again,STILL all advisor chairs filled,………nothing.Not one good morning,not one,”be with you in a moment,not one acknowledgment,nothing.Just crickets.So I continue to wait.Nothing.I use the term Heritage,(not individual’s),as it reflects on poor management that it’s ok for front line employees to not even acknowledge a customer. I got in my vehicle,again,absolutely NO acknowledgement,started my vehicle and left.I was less than 6ft away from these advisors. So,if you want to go where you aren’t acknowledged,even a good morning,then this is the destination for you!!! Can’t review any work as I never got that far.And yes,yes,you have heard this before………..been using Heritage for over 20 years,,their Jeep dealership is faultless from sales to service…………the Chevrolet dealership,they really need to be trained by the Jeep dealership on how to engage customers. Customer service 101…………service advisors interact with 100% of customers, which means their attitudes set the expectation for the customers experience. I don’t doubt there will be a note from the dealership added as a reply to this review……………question is,what’s the point?Damage is already done. Would give zero star if I could.What a despicable way to treat someone you don’t know,let alone a paying customer.Way to go Heritage Chevrolet,last visit was good just months later appalling.Will use for oil changes as don’t really need to interact for that,a grunt will suffice.If one can be communally mustered.As for expensive repairs,I am kinda fussy who gets the business,I kinda expect people to be polite who want my hard earned money. More
I brought my vehicle to the service department 1/05/22 to have my a 4-wheel alignment and to have my stability link serviced as I did previously in addition to having my key fob and remote start checked beca have my a 4-wheel alignment and to have my stability link serviced as I did previously in addition to having my key fob and remote start checked because it wasn’t working all the time, and also I had been hearing a clunk noise from my front passenger side tire. When I returned to pickup my vehicle the 4 wheel alignment was done and the stability link was diagnosed as needing replacement because no service could be done. The other things requested were not done. The service person who was helping me was gone for the day so someone else assisted me with the key fob and remote start issue and that has been resolved. However, the issue with the clunk noise coming from the front passenger side tire was not checked at that time and had not been resolved. So the service person told me to bring the vehicle back and have that issue diagnosed at a later date free of charge since already paid. I bought my vehicle back for diagnosis in April 2022. The diagnosis was the tire rods needed to be replaced and I would need another 4-wheel alignment. I had the tire rids replaced in May 2022 but the noise still occurring. I further replaced the control arms and ball joints in June 2022 and that has not fixed the issue either. So in essence, by the service department not diagnosing my vehicle before they performed the 4-wheel alignment, I wasted money on the 4-wheel alignment and replacement of the tire rods because my car still has the same issue. I need my car properly diagnosed and a 4-wheel alignment after the issue is fixed since the service department failed to diagnosis my car before the service was performed. I would have waited to get the 4-wheel alignment until after the proper repair fixed the issue. More
Martin was awesome to deal with, I supplied him part numbers from GM that were discontinued and he was able to locate them in his old stock, he got back to me same day with an invoice and ups label ship numbers from GM that were discontinued and he was able to locate them in his old stock, he got back to me same day with an invoice and ups label shipped to me in Peabody Massachusetts.
