Wouldn’t recommend Dropped off my vehicle a day before my appointment to get my vehicle checked out of why it kept cutting off. I recently just bought my vehicle from another heritage locations. On the day of service I had to repeatedly call them to check status. I received a call after 5pm saying my vehicle was ready for pick up and they fixed the problem. I was never called and informed of the issue and asked if I wanted to proceed. Next when I came to pick up my vehicle I had to wait 30mins for them to find my car just to tell me it was still on the hook and I was unable to take home that day. I was sol with no vehicle and no transportation for work. I was offered a temp car if I could come back the next morning after 7 which was too late for me as I have to leave home by 6 to reach work on time. In addition the next day the could not give me a reason why my vehicle was left on hook and wasn’t taken up front for pickup. I was told the manager would be following up with me which they never did. Very inconvenient and shakey!!! More

On the last visit, she reminded me I was due for a free oil change, made sure a tire rotation was included and capped the visit by setting me up with a 1-year free trial with On-Star, which now enables me to use my Buick app. Oh, and she got me out of there within an hour. Stephanie is the reason I keep coming back to Heritage for service. More

She appeared to be extremely interested in my reason for the vi Stephanie the Service Advisor was extremely Customer Focused as well as knowledgeable. She appeared to be extremely interested in my reason for the visit, listened and took note of my concerns. She explained the process and took my contact information for follow-up. Once the work was completed she follow-up with a completed explanation of what had been performed and addressed each of my issues. She utilized terms that a "lay-person" would understand and was sincerely interested in my acknowledgement that I understood her explanation. I would recommend that my children who have a Suburban and Tahoe bring them to Stephanie for coordination of required and routine service as needed. Finally I have to comment on the "cashier" lady who even went out in the cold after I told her she didn't have too because of the weather to verify that the paper and plastic utilized to protect the interior of the vehicle went over and beyond considering the "cold"; as well as the shuttle driver Harry C who drove me home and made me feel comfortable! The entire experience made me feel as if my business was appreciated! More

My only regret is when I return to Atlanta with my 2013 Corvette, I will not have the service I have been given. I trust her and Sean. They know Corvettes and care about the customer and the vehicle. If you have ever had a bad experience, go to Heritage. They will make it right. More
Stephanie is the only reason I didn't buy a Porsche. I had to call nine different Chevrolet service centers to get service and repairs done on my Corvette, and I'm glad I called the ninth one solely beca I had to call nine different Chevrolet service centers to get service and repairs done on my Corvette, and I'm glad I called the ninth one solely because of Stephanie. She went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of and actually delivered better service than the BMW and Audi service centers I've worked with when I owned those brands. I went to Porsche immediately after dropping my car off because I was frustrated at the lack of ownership and resolution from the various dealerships I called, and if not for Stephanie, I would've dumped the Corvette for a 911 just to never deal with Chevrolet service again. You need to take good care of her before someone else does. More
