Very friendly- Great communication! I had to have my truck towed to Heritage because of some transmission issues. My dealership’s transmission tech was going to be out for awhile and th I had to have my truck towed to Heritage because of some transmission issues. My dealership’s transmission tech was going to be out for awhile and they were the next closest location. Even though they weren’t my original dealership they were really friendly and helpful. Stephanie was great about communicating with me and providing frequent updates. She even helped arrange a rental for me. There continues to be some issues with the transmission/shifting hard but I think that it’s something outside Heritage’s control. Overall great service! More
