Customer service? Been coming here for a while. They are pretty fast with getting your car repaired/serviced but as far as customer service they need a lot of work.Ever Been coming here for a while. Service department. I was treated very politely. Vivian was very helpful with me to get the repair on my vehicle. When I left and realized that it didn't completely solv I was treated very politely. Vivian made sure i had transportation as well as my car seats for my grand kids. She kept me updated with the repair as well as what was covered in my warranty. Transmission issue...resolved quickly! I'd purchase my vehicle from another dealer and wouldn't you know, less than 5 months after my purchase, transmission issues. Ms. Vivian made me feel important. Others dropped the ball. I was disappointed that 3 employees saw me standing there for 5 minutes and carried a conversation without once speaking to me.
