i purchased a used 2008 impala which i thought was a good price and still think the price is good. I had a great experience with my salesman Matthew Mcauley. I purchased a vehicle on 2/25/08 in the evening a advised my salesman that i had my other vehicle with me so i could not take the new vehicle home with me and i was leaving very early in the morning to go out of town and would pick up the car when i return on monday. He stated i had to take the car of the lot that day, so i returned late that nite and took the car off the lot. I noticed on friday after looking at the listed items which was on the window sticker ( the factery installed options ) i didn't have a few features that was listed. I returned from out of town on 3/2/09, but was unable to return to the dealer on 3/2/09 due to the snow storm and the dealership is 60 miles from my home. I returned to the dealer on 3/3/09 and talked to the sales manager Roam Clark and he told me that which was posted on the window was a misstake and the dealership could do nothing about it. I then pointed out that the sticker on the window also stated a car could be returned within 3 days or 150 for a full refund, but again Mr. Clark said that was the dealer option if they want to except the vehicle for return. I think that is false advertising to offer things that the dealer will not take responsibility for even when they realize the items are not on the vehicle and they will not honor what the window sticker states. I think Mr. Roman Clark was very unprofessional dealing with this matter representing a very large dealership such as the one he manage. I will somehow contact General Motors to let them know what type of peaple they have representing them at their dealerships. More

We had bought our previous car from a Heritage network dealer and had a great experience. This one was the same. We came in hoping to get a particular vehicle and it worked out great. Matt was fantastic, dealer and had a great experience. This one was the same. We came in hoping to get a particular vehicle and it worked out great. Matt was fantastic, he made the stressful ordeal of a car purchase relaxing and enjoyable. He was very respectful, honest, and personable. We really felt it wasn't just about selling a car it was about service and listening to his customers needs. I again walk away from a Heritage dealer happy with the entire experience. We will definately return again. Upon taking delivery we have found a few small issues with the vehicle and Matt stepped up refered us to Carla in service and have an appointment for 2/24/09 to address the issues. Hats of to Matt for his attention and service he has followed up with calls and makes us feel he truly cares about his customers. We have refered friends to Heritage and will continue to do so again. Excellent vehicle at a good price with a fair trade-in received. The salesman was beyond a doubt a value to the dealership.
