My husband and my visit to the dealership was late, on Friday, October 9th! We didn't arrive till after 7:30pm, did a test drive and rally did not expect to drive the Transverse home that particular nigh Friday, October 9th! My overall rating is Good, due mostly to my dealings with your employee's as noted above. I was not completely satisfied with the finished clean up of the car when I picked it up after leaving it for atleas your employee's as noted above. I was not completely satisfied with the finished clean up of the car when I picked it up after leaving it for atleast seven hours. I related this information to the service manager Mr. Knox after he called to inquire if everything met my satisfaction. As I related to him, I expected the car to be show room clean, with that "new car smell". When I picked the care up the dust on the dash was quite visable as well as a few spots on the inside doors. However, Mr. Scott went back into the building and returned with cleaning products and proceeded to wipe the dash off and complete the job that was not finished by the service department. I was impressed with him doing this as he was dressed for sales, in his white shirt and tie, nevertheless that did not hinder him from doing whatever was necessary to please me. Had he not went that extra mile my rating would probably be quite different. Mr. Knox requested the next time I bring the car in to make him aware of it. I will be taking the car back in very soon for additional service at that time I will contact him. Hopefully the experience will be quite different. More

I got a great offer, under invoice, without any hard sell. Even at closing they seemed barely interested in pushing the 'add-ons' - theft protection, extended warranty, and so-on. Mark Dively was very professional and helpful in locating the best buy for our son's first car. He was polite, courteous, and genuine. We were not pressured into making a decision on our purchase. This is a far cry from other car dealers such as Castle Ford in Silver Springs, Maryland. I recently purchased a Ford Fusion from Castle Ford and it was the worst car buying experience I've ever had - Heritage was quite the opposite. My experience with Heritage Dealership began quite differently from most clients who may, in general, purchase an automobile. I was told by my local Cheverolet Dealership that, after five days of them differently from most clients who may, in general, purchase an automobile. I was told by my local Cheverolet Dealership that, after five days of them "trying to talk to someone from Heritage Dealership" about a particular vehicle that they located to meet my personal needs and requirements that they were unsuccessful to talk with anyone from Heritage Chevrolet. Well, I decided to call Heritage Chevrolet directly and was immediately forwarded to Mr. Roman Clark. I found Roman to be friendly, knowledgable, understanding, professional, and eager to assist me. Not only did Mr. Clark locate the exact vehicle that I was interested in from the Heritage inventory listing, but he immediately went outside on the dealer lot to confirm that the vehicle was indeed on the Heritage lot and available for sale. After some discussion about my needs for a vehicle, Mr. Clark realized that this was "THE" vehicle that I needed and wanted and he made me to feel confident that I was about to make the right decision. Roman took an additional step to offer an incentive or two which was above and beyond the offer made by my local dealership in the Pittsburgh area. This made the deal too good not to accept and made the decision easy to accept. As a result, I decided on the spot to accept his offer to purchase the vehicle at the agreed upon price. Additionally, Mr. Tavon Johnson, Internet Sales Coordinator, was very helpful to guide me through other questions that I had afterwards which made my whole experience to that point to be nothing less than pleasant, informed and confident in the decision that I now had made to purchase a Chevrolet Avalance from Heritage Chevrolet. But that was not the entire positive "customer experience" that I had at Heritage Chevrolet! On the morning that we agreed to view and to assess the vehicle and to review the deal, Mr. Clark and Mr. Tavon Johnson, Internet Sales Coordinator, met me as I arrived at the front door of the Heritage Chevrolet Dealership. They were smiling and happy to meet me in person. From that point and forward, until I was ready to drive my new Chevrolet Avalanche from the Heritage Dealership, both Mr. Clark and Mr. Johnson were at my side to assist me through an easy and pleasant purchasing experience. They even brought me to the Dealer preparation area where the "Detail Crew" were preparing the vhecile that I was about to purchase. The "Crew" were also enthusiastic and happy for me to be there. This buying experience left me with a sense of having definitely made the "right" decision not only on the model that I purchased, but on the exact unit that I was purchasing. Additionally, Mr. Tavon Johnson guided me through every detail of every option on the vehicle and made sure that I was "in touch" and registered with On Star before leaving the Dealership. He also accompanied me on a brief demonstration drive of the vehicle before I made the purchase to ensure that this was the right vehicle for me! Since then, both Roman and Tavon have been in contact with me on some minor follow up items around the vehicle purchase and, most importantly, to find out how everything was going since the purchase and to inquire my degree of satisfaction with the vehicle, the purchase and to address any questions that I may have about the safe and appropriate operation of the Chevrolet Avalanche. I can only say that however General Motors Dealerships are rated, that Heritage Chevrolet in Owings Mill, Maryland and, in particular Mr. Roman Clark and Mr. Tavon Johnson, should all be given the maximum score or grade for all that they did to make my experience to purchase a Chevrolet Avalanche the best possible experience and value" for the price. I had just came from Lenstoler in Westminster and they were going to sell me the same car from Heritatge for 1500 more. I made it to Heritatge before Lenstolers driver and I got the perfect car that I wnted. Matt even let me take it to lunch and all. He was great and so was Mark, they were both very helpful. I would deff. go back there again. More
