He led us over to his desk and he met with us for about 4 hours which included a test drive and worked out a great deal. We had to come back the next day for a few more papers to sign and to pick the car up. Again, as soon as we stepped out of the car someone greeted us in the parking lot as the first day and got us to Gary. We met with him and someone in finance and they completed the deal for us. Everyone we came in contact with those two days was so wonderful and we feel very comfortable and made this a very enjoyable experience. We will definitely take her car there for service. When I have to get a new car I will buy from there as well and will recommend this dealership to anyone. More

The staff was very nice to work with and we feel we got a good/fair deal. Looking forward to getting our spray-in bed liner and hitch. Kiddos to everyone at Heritage Chevrolet that I dealt with when purchasing my new 2010 Chevy Aveo on 1/30/2010 - especially, Ed Wojcik (the salesperson)and Mr. Gordon (the finance person). I had no way with when purchasing my new 2010 Chevy Aveo on 1/30/2010 - especially, Ed Wojcik (the salesperson)and Mr. Gordon (the finance person). I had no way to get to the dealersip and Mr. Wojcik picked me up at my home (I had an accident in my 2005 Aveo and the vehicle was considered totalled). Once at the dealership it began to snow. I was not comfortable driving a new vehicle in what turned out to be extremely hazardous driving conditions. Mr. Wojcik offered to drive me back home in the new vehicle and another Heritage employee followed so he had a ride back to the dealership. I can't thank everyone at Heritage enough for their helpfulness during the whole process - from purchasing the vehicle to getting back home. I highly recommend Heritage - I had a stress free and pleasant experience. I also highly recommend their Service Department - nothing but good experiences when taking my previous Aveo for servicing. I had gone to several other dealerships for the 2010 camaro and none of them were friendly at all. The people here were so incredibly friendly and were willing to help me in any way they could. They went out of their way to find me exactly what I wanted,even though they had to make a deal with another dealership all the way in Michigan to get it. They also sat me down in the car and walked me through everything so that when I hit the road I would be 100 percent comfortable with the vehicle. They were certainly some of the nicest people I have ever met. If you are going to get a Chevy these guys are the way to go. More

I have to give them the highest grade possible for their effort and for the friendly atmosphere they created from the minute I set foot in the dealership. The car and the color combo that I was looking for was not all that easy to find. They came through rather quickly. When the time came to agree on the price, they worked with me tirelessly and sincerely. I have to admit I was not all that easy to work with, but I was very impressed with the fact that they never lost their cool or patience during the process. We finally agreed on a price in the same friendly atmosphere that we started in the day before. The third employee I worked with was Gordon James, the business manager, also a very friedly and knowledgeable individual. It was obvious he was a seasoned veteran in his field. I asked 101 questions and he gave me all the answers. He presented all the options available and helped me arrive at what I thought were the right decisions that suited my needs. These three individuals and a few others whom I had brief contact with while I was at the dealership truly made this a pleasant experience. Buying a car has not always been a memorable experience. The length of time it took to buy the car was 4 hours. Many documents had to be prepared by hand, which took extra time. The haggling process is a bit upsetting and uncomfortable. I would prefer to deal with dealerships with a no-haggle policy. The car I purchased was not adequately cleaned on the inside. Despite my request to have the car detailed, there were crumbs left in many of the crevices and smudge marks on the seats. Additionally, the gas tank was only filled to one-fourth of a tank, which was upsetting considering that I had to drive 40 miles to get home. I would have expected a full tank of gas with the purchase of a vehicle. More

The finance man (sorry, I don't remember his name) was very informative not pushy (unlike the finance people at other dealerships). We live 5 miles from another Chevy dearlership and have bought 2 cars from them, but we like the team at Heritage in Owings Mill much better and feel we were treated better there. So, we will be driving out to Heritage from now on for both sales and service. More
