WOW! Outstanding customer service really does exist! After years of assuming it was normal to receive poor service, I found out I was wrong. I was thoroughly educated about the vehicle I was interested After years of assuming it was normal to receive poor service, I found out I was wrong. I was thoroughly educated about the vehicle I was interested in, given the opportunity to drive the exact car I wanted to purchase, and shown more features than I realized existed. There was never any pressure to make a choice or decision and I was never rushed or made to hurry through any part of my visit. Dontae and Robert were very courteous, kind and sincere in every aspect of my purchase. I have never experienced a smoother finance process. Gordon was patient, easy going and clearly explained every detail of our paperwork. Robert and Dontae thought of every detail such as pre-setting my radio stations to what I had in my previous car, a full tank of gas, parking my old and new car next to eachother so I could easily transfer my items, freshly washed my new car, made sure I knew where to go for my future service's, set up my On Star service, and all while we had our very tired 3 year old daughter with us. I cannot express my gratitude enough. There is no question that Heritage is far superior to any other dealership out there. They put their customers first and it shows. Thank you so much! More
Ed was very nice and helpful. He was the best car dealer I have ever dealt with. He listened and does his best to present to you what you want. Of course that is what a dealer is to do but the knowledge he I have ever dealt with. He listened and does his best to present to you what you want. Of course that is what a dealer is to do but the knowledge he has with every car we mentioned was very comforting. thank you Ed!!! More
stubbled across the internet site at heritage and saw some nice traverses contacted steve and we spoke many times for several days and he answered all my questions and concerns. my hubby and i were undec some nice traverses contacted steve and we spoke many times for several days and he answered all my questions and concerns. my hubby and i were undecided between a traverse and an acadia steve really knew his stuff where he pretty much had a sale over the phone. color, price everything was great.well hubby and i got up there and we took a test drive and come to find out the one we test drove wasnt the one we had been talking about but one a bit higher priced but it had just the extras we needed. we never saw the one steve and i had been talking about. the mix up was a good one. i haggled the price as we had a payment we had to stay near and steve came thru. gary still has some studying to do on the vehicles as he wasnt as knowledgable as he could have been. he was explaining the interior of the vehicle to us in the dark with just the overhead light on very hard to see and understand what he was talking about but we got thru it tho. in the years to come if we need another vehicle we will deffinately go back to heritage More
Stockton was very knowledgeable about the vehicles. He did a thorough walk-thru of the vehicle. Was very attentive to my needs and assisted me with making the appropriate decisions. He was not pressuring did a thorough walk-thru of the vehicle. Was very attentive to my needs and assisted me with making the appropriate decisions. He was not pressuring me into anything that I did not want to look at and stayed on track with my purchase. He assisted in every way possible to make my day at the dealership go by. He is excellent when it comes to customer service. I will be recommending all of my associates to goto Heritage. Out 6 dealerships he was the first to even be able to get me to test drive the vehicle I wanted. Gordon From dealing with a lot of finance representatives it was a pleasure to sit with you. He was the best finance person I have ever dealt with and very knowledgeable. Again no pressure to buy anything that was not needed. All items were explained in great detail. Best dealership I have ever been to with very knowledgeable employees and management. They can help you decide what is good\bad or otherwise. I would recommend this be the first dealership to check out as it will 9 out of 10 be the last as their pricing, enthusiasm and knowledge will blow any of the 6 I went to away. Rob More

We were searching the internet for a pre-owned Ford Edge. We located this vehicle on the Heritage Chevrolet website. A message was left and Ed Wojcik called us back very quickly. We spoke with Ed about the vehicle and made arrangements to meet him at the dealership the next day at opening time. Ed went with us on a test drive and we decided that we would purchase the vehicle. Ed had the vehicle cleaned and when we finished with the finance person, who was very nice, the vehicle was ready to go. We received a great value for our trade and a great price for the Edge. Ed was great to deal with, very knowledgeable and friendly with a great sense of humor. We would definately return to this dealership and contact Ed for a future car purchase. Extremely positive experience ! More

Our experience was outstanding. We had our concerns about buying a new car and the "games" that you have to go through to get the final price. To whom it may concern, First of all I would like To whom it may concern, First of all I would like to thank Waymust Scott(sales person) for doing an excellent job is selling me a camaro. He To whom it may concern, First of all I would like to thank Waymust Scott(sales person) for doing an excellent job is selling me a camaro. He answered all my questions and provided me with a confortable feeling with doing business with him. (give Waymust Scott a raised in pay or promote him to sales manager!!) What caused me to shop for a car in the first place was the zero percent financing that was advertised on the internet. When I found the car I wanted I had informed the sales management (not the sales person Waymust Scott) that I wanted to trade my buick in for a camaro and use the zero percent financing advertisment on the web email I had received. The sales management told me there is no zero percent financing for the camaro!!!! I told them there that there was and told them to look it up on the web. They couldn't locate it so then I sat down on a computer and went to yahoo.com and checked my email and found it. The add shows a malibu and a camaro and says "zero percent financiing for selected models in big letters under the malibu and camaro cars above the print. Well, the sales managers who run the dealership informed me I was wrong it was for the malibu but not the camaro. Then my opinion changed to then why picture the camaro in the ad if its not included. Deception? Its giving a buyer the idea that the camaro has zero percent financing if you buy one. I mean why picture the camaro in the ad if it doesn't apply?????? False advertisment, maybe!!!!! Let the buyer beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Next I found out that couldn't get any money taken off the manufactures suggest price of the camaro. So then I went back to the computer and looked up another 2SS camaro advertised by Heritage with a discount of 855.00 taken off the price of that particular camaro and told the sales management that I wanted the same thing for the one I picked out. They said OK. Next the trade in value for my buick from Kelley blue book was from Fair condition was 15,875 to Excellent conditon for 18,925. I was asking 18,000 for mine because I just had the 30,000 mile service done on it and plus I just had the oil changed that day and the buick lacrosse super is in excellent condition. Sales management informed me that they had done me a favor by selling the buick to me in the first place for 10,000 dollars under MSRP. Also they were doing me a favor by providing dealership service and maintiance service to service my cars I have brought from then and also that without them I wouildn't be able to do any king of business with anyone else. Well the truth is that they had abtained the buick lacrosse super from a backrupt dealership and took off 10,000 dollars off the price in hopes to sell a high performce V8 inside the buick. And probably obtained the buick really cheap from a bank!!! I did them a favor by giving then 24,000 dollars in the first place. Also I have brought five cars from Heritage Buick, Chevrolet in the past and had all the service done by their service department. I'm a very loyal customer so the way I see it is that Heritage needs me more then I need Heritage!!!!!!!!! I can get cars and service done anywhere in the USA and Maryland from anyone!!! I don't need Heritage for anything!!!!! The problem here as I see it is that sales management (Not Waynemust Scott) doesn't keep their sales management team very well trained or they feel they can doop the public into anything. or they think that the public is dumb and they can charge what ever they please. I met a guy at the car wash that bought a 2010 2SS camaro a month ago and his MSRP was 37,000 and he got it for 31,000 dollars!!!!!!!! I feel that I've been cheated by the sales management team at Heritage evrolet and think I'll write the owner of Heritage & GM complaining that I'm a loyal customer and get all my service done at Heritage (bought five cars there) and deserve better treatment from the management team at Heritage!!!! May I add the Waymust Scott did an excellent job for me!!! Richard Piekarz 2-22-10 410-526-0177 More
The entire sales staff is wonderful. If I had to make a suggestion for improvement, it would be to present the potential buyer with the extended warranty information on their first visit or at least earlie suggestion for improvement, it would be to present the potential buyer with the extended warranty information on their first visit or at least earlier in the sales process. I had not purchased a car in more than a decade so was totally unfamiliar with the extended warranty. It was too much for me to comprehend at the last minute and having to make a decision at that time as to whether or not to purchase it, and at what level, almost caused me to postpone the purchase of the car. I still find it somewhat confusing although Mark did an excellent job of presenting it. I will admit I have not thoroughly gone through the paperwork he gave me however I am beginning to think a chart like the one he had on his computer showing the different levels and then explaining exactly what each "coverage" means would still be helpful. I am hoping that I never need to use it! Thanks for a wonderful transaction. More
