I have very bad credit that I created for myself at such a young age, however, it was years ago when I created my credit issues and I am fixing it now and I could not find a loan "Anywhere" until I contacte a young age, however, it was years ago when I created my credit issues and I am fixing it now and I could not find a loan "Anywhere" until I contacted Heritage Chevrolet and they talked to me and didn't view me as just a credit score and they decided to work with me and put me in a vehicle. I had certain requirements that stopped me from getting a luxurious car, but I understand that I couldn't drive off in a new Acura RL, but at the same time the cars that I could drive were all not my style and I just couldn't have something too small, so Dontae' Davis, the sales person who assisted me through the whole deal, he tried and tried to get me into something that satisfied me. Dontae', along with the help of the loan company that are partners with Heritage Chevrolet, and Tony, who I believe was the financial officer, I'm not sure...but with the help of Dontae' and the others, they were able to find me a car that suited me better and it was only a thousand more that what I had to work with, and they found ways around to drop it down to what I had to work with. I was very happy, very greatfull, I am a understanding person and I knew that I wasn't able to get what I really wanted at this time because of my horrible credit, but I was happy to get the nice Saturn Vue with leather interior instead of a chevy cobolt or the ford focus that I just absolutely did not want. I mean they really worked with me from beginning to end. I have nothing bad to say about this dealership at all. I signed all my papers the same day I made the deal, and I drove back home with a new used car that I am happy with. Thanks Dontae' and everyone who was apart of the deal. Seriously, one of the best dealerships I have ever been to (and I been to soooo many). No other dealership was as friendly, or more honest with me. They didn't beat around the bush and they were more than willing to help. Thank you. More
During my first phone conversation with Ed, he told me I was eligible for an additional $1000 off as a return GM customer. Both Ed and Chris worked to find me a good deal without any sales pressure to get me to buy. They understood what I wanted and found a way to make it happen. They went out of their way to get me the car and even turned my old tags back in for me. Now that is service! More

All staff at this dealership were friendly and went out of their way to ensure a smooth transaction for me. I never felt "over-pressured" as has been the case at many previous dealerships. Over the phone was promised a $50 gift card for coming in and another $75 gift card with purchase. Neglected to tell me that the cards were not on site but had to be ordered. Took four hours to close the deal. Really? We accepted their price within 45 minutes, the rest was all paperwork and we left close to midnight. Sales order was written in such a terrible way that we had to call back the following week to figure out how much we were charged for what item. They did not disclose all the 'as is' non working items, blowing off the problem with the windows as "All fords are like that." Hmm, I only drive Fords and have never had window issues, or power lock issues, or heated seat issues... Finally, they forgot to have us sign the carfax form. So they nagged via calls and emails until I told them, no gift card, no form - guess it wasn't worth $75 for me to complete the paperwork after all. More

This was the second time going to Heritage for a purchase and the experience was GREAT! Earlier that day we went elsewhere to look at a car and left because they were not honest and just seemed to play gam and the experience was GREAT! I called Stockton, worked 75% of teh deal over the phone without issue. When we arrived, Stockton was outside to great me like I was a VIP and the potential purchase was pulled up, very clean and ready for a test drive! There was zero hassle, or game playing. We both had the same goal of getting me into the right vehicle that day at a fair price! Gordon James was great with the paperwork, and explaining all the financials! I left feeling like I Purchased a car, and was not Sold one! More

And when it failed to proceed one cold Friday morning I assumed we'd be out of luck for the weekend or longer! When we spoke with Larry, he outlined exactly what was going on throughout the service visit; and what the repair would entail, cost and when it would be ready. When you depend on a vehicle for all your transportation needs, that information is critical. This is the second time using the service department (the first was routine maintenance) and what you feel when you talk with them is they care about you and you vehicle.
