I saw a Silver Suburban on-line and went down to look at it, I didn't have the check with me but told them I wanted it for sure clean it up prep it and I would pick it up Fri. There was a black one I liked also so I decided I'd take it. It took an extreme amount of time to do the paper work and I was pushed very hard to take extended warranties, I all ready spent more than I had a check cut for due to the change of suburban's and was very clear I didn't want it. I made arrangements with Stockton to bring it back the following week to have a small dent fixed and get the cup holder that was missing and my GF was interested in buying a used Cadillac CTX the the owner was driving. It's about 1 1/2 hour drive from here and I get there and I arrive and no one knew what I was taking about Steve called Stockton and he said I never talked to him, my GF was sitting there when I talked to him I don't like feeling being made out a liar, Steve did get on the phone and got the dent guy to come and fix that and got the Cadillac CTX for her to test drive. She was very serious about buying it until she saw the run around I was getting. I was given an old cup holder and Stockton was suppose to send me a new one which to date I have not received, I spent another 4 hrs to do half hours work.. Ed was very helpful even though I told him at our initial meeting that I would probably buy at another dealer( GMC Acadia Denalli). I told him I was doing a "due dilligence" reasearch for comparison purpose meeting that I would probably buy at another dealer( GMC Acadia Denalli).
