Sonny introduced me to the Chevy Cruz which was a car that I didn't even know existed. At the time I knew I was only interested in three other brands of cars and had no intentions of adding anything to m that I didn't even know existed. After his graceful persuasion to look at the Cruz I knew I had to come back for a second look. He was very informative and helpful. He put in a great amount of time to find me exactly what I wanted. I can honestly say he went above and beyond every time I visited the dealership. The things that I loved about him was that he was very honest, not pushy, very laid back, and not annoying. His customer service was impeccable and he was pleasant to work with. After visiting several different dealerships and promptly walking out due to their poor customer service, overpriced vehicles and false advertisement I found myself at heritage. Ed was not the intial salesman i had spoken with however i am glad that he took the initiative to promptly greet me at the door and assist me with my purchase. Ed was straight forward about my credit situation, and very helpful honest and pleasant throughout the entire process. he kept me up to date on what was going on while trying to obtain financing, and was not disturbed by my lack of patience. He was funny and down to earth which took away the discomfort you often find in a car dealership! He even recovered cds from my trade in vehicle that I left during all the excitement.
