Although we started out on challenging terms, I have to say in the end, this dealership did what it needed to do to get the deal done. Chris got me the best interest rate I've had in years. I think the biggest lesson learned that I can share with a potential buyer regarding this dealership is that if you are an "internet shopper" and traveling from out of town, state, whatever----make the drive. Due to unforseen circumstances during a family visit to MD I had to purchase a vehicle in a matter of a few days. My choice was a 2010 Chevy Suburban. He was courteous, professional, and patient as we asked questions and took the car on a test drive. His knowledge of the car and GM services helped us solidify our choice and desired options. We were able to reach a deal the next morning with Jerome's help. As the car was being prepared for pick up he kept us updated by phone the entire day.
