Dontae Davis was great I recently purchased my vehicle from Heritage Buick Owings Mills. From the start Dontae was a great help. I was able to get financing and get the car I wanted. Initially there was an issue with the seat belt and the service department stated that it would take a week for the part to come in. I let Dontae know how disappointing this news was, he called me right back and was able to get it fixed and I picked it up that night. My only bad interaction was with the finance guy. ( I don't remember his name) When he took me into his office to sign everything, I could tell he was visibly upset that I would not purchase any of the extended warranty products and constantly made snide comments. I felt this was very unprofessional. Other than him, I had a great experience and would recommend Dontae to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Thank you I love my car. More
