She appeared to be extremely interested in my reason for the visit, listened and took note of my concerns. She explained the process and took my contact information for follow-up. Once the work was completed she follow-up with a completed explanation of what had been performed and addressed each of my issues. She utilized terms that a "lay-person" would understand and was sincerely interested in my acknowledgement that I understood her explanation. I would recommend that my children who have a Suburban and Tahoe bring them to Stephanie for coordination of required and routine service as needed. Finally I have to comment on the "cashier" lady who even went out in the cold after I told her she didn't have too because of the weather to verify that the paper and plastic utilized to protect the interior of the vehicle went over and beyond considering the "cold"; as well as the shuttle driver Harry C who drove me home and made me feel comfortable! The entire experience made me feel as if my business was appreciated! More
