If you’re in the market for a new or used car, I highly recommend Heritage Chevrolet in Owings Mills, Maryland. I had a set budget was not willing to negotiate. I had the pleasure of working with Gregg ( double g) As the Finance manager. He was patient took all of my information and went to work. His knowledge of car financing is above average. He knew exactly what I needed to do in order to stay with my budget still giving me all of the best options possible. He was very knowledgeable more and most pleasant. Mark and the team were very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The staff was very patient, answered all my questions regarding the EV. Even though it wasn't my first choice, Calvin provided expert advice on the vehicle. Most of all, the customer service that I received from Mark was amazing. He stayed late to make sure I knew how to work everything on my EV and even called me 2 times later in the week to make sure I was still happy with my purchase, and didn't have any more questions.
