Mark is personable, professional and knowledgeable. Unlike some dealerships in the past, there are no surprises here. At check in, they go over the service and the cost Mark told me the service would likely take 2 hours, but it was done in less time. The time was spent in the Heritage waiting area with a great coffee machine, magazines and a television set. No one likes to wait, no one likes to take the time to bring their car in for service, but Heritage makes the process as easy as possible. This is a first class dealership - to purchase, to lease and to have your car serviced. Highly recommend. More
