The service is always spectacular but unfortunately now the new 2021 Caddys are so complicated technology wise after 20 minutes I gave up trying to put music on & I drove home. They are made now for 16 yea the new 2021 Caddys are so complicated technology wise after 20 minutes I gave up trying to put music on & I drove home. Dominic was extremely helpful and the service and loaner car was excellent as usual. This is my third Cadillac with this dealer.
