Service was great. I was shown various models of the car I was looking at. When I asked questions, research was done and I got a response quickly. I wasn't pushed into buying something I didn't want. They even helped me to get additional cash back as I was doing a lot of research on their site. The other dealer in Union City tried to push me into buying a car I didn't want. When I told the other dealer what I wanted, they said they didn't have that car in inventory and still tried to get me to buy something I didn't want. The guys at Heritage Mitsubishi didn't have the car I wanted in inventory, but went out of their way to find the one I was looking for and in a couple of days the car was mine. If I need something, these guys make themselves available and will answer whatever questions I have in a timely manner. More

Heritage Cadillac is a wonderful dealership. The people there are very helpful and friendly. I would recomend this dealership so anyone. I appreciated the professional, courteous service I received when my shocks and struts were replaced here. The Mitsubishi manager took the time to answer my questions on the phone before I made an appo received when my shocks and struts were replaced here. The Mitsubishi manager took the time to answer my questions on the phone before I made an appointment. When I actually visited the site, I felt welcomed and at ease. The procedure was explained, a time estimate was given, and I was given a super-clean, late-model, sporty loaner vehicle. The manager contacted me at work with updates on what was going on, so there was no guesswork. I had also expressed another concern about my vehicle that the technician checked for me also and feedback was provided. When the manager realized that an additional part was needed that the shop did not have on hand, I was contacted about that too. I had to return on a subsequent day, which I did not mind, because this was explained to me in advance. When I dropped my car off for the second time, shuttle service was provided to and from work by one of the kindest, warmest persons one could ever imagine. He took me safely to and from work and engaged me in witty, interesting conversation en route. Unlike the unpleasant experiences I had earlier with a dealer when it was time for servicing, my experience with Heritage was wonderful. They took care of my problem, helped me arrange financing, and I have returned again for a minor maintainance job. I do not plan to go anywhere else for my car care needs. More
The reason for my rating of 5:Before coming to Heritage I was also looking at Volvo to purchase(we already owned a Volvo). We have been to other dealership and they made us feel welcome, but there was someth was also looking at Volvo to purchase(we already owned a Volvo). We came in and Mr. Walker was willing to do all he could to help us with our needs and after seeing the 2011 SRX I wanted it. The color and features I wanted was not at your location, Mr. Walker located the color and the features I wanted. The price was also within my means. I'm loving my new ride and others do also. I bought a car from Heritage about two years ago and I love my Saab! I bought from Jerry Walters and he was very knowledgeble about the Saabs and answered all of questions. I have also had my car serviced there and Sonny Emmons was very helpful and my car was ready in no time! I had an accident shortly after I bought my Saab and Damon Cantrell at the Collision Center helped me get my car back to normal. Thank you Heritage, for all of your help. More
