Bought a 2010 SRX there with 20k miles. The price was competitive. Just what my wife wanted, but it had curb rash on all 4 chrome 20's and an annoying small rock chip, front windshield, right in the driv competitive. Just what my wife wanted, but it had curb rash on all 4 chrome 20's and an annoying small rock chip, front windshield, right in the drivers field of view. Mike, sales mgr made a great offer on my '03 Tahoe trade in and salesman Paul said he would replace all 4 wheels and "repair" the windshield to my liking. With those two assurances I didn't haggle the price and paid them what they were asking. The wheel replacement went smooth but when the glass guy said he couldn't make the windshield chip go away things got a little tense. Paul's boss wanted to discuss how insignificant the windshield chip was. (This is why they didn't get 5's in ratings) In the end, he answered correctly when I asked him if he was going to honor his deal (wheels and "windshield to my satisfaction" were on the "we owe" form) and we now have a new windshield. Would I recommend them, definitely. Would I buy from them again? In a heartbeat. In fact, I am thinking of seeing what kind of deal they can make me on trading my '07 F150 and wrap a gently used caddy around me. More
