My most recent purchase from Heritage was a 2008 Cadillac Escalade. This is the fourth Cadillac I have purchased from Heritage and I have been very pleased. As a female, I feel so comfortable with Sara; it is a feeling that can not be experienced when dealing with salesmen. I am confident that she will be upright, straight to the point and is working in my best interest. I feel as if I am dealing with my daughter and she will treat me accordingly. I have not been dissapointed. She makes shopping a fun experience. She understands girly things like cup holders, interior colors, wheels and etc. The maintenance department treats me well because otherwise, I will tell Sara, lol! I called the dealership on 6-16-11 and spoke to Tiffany about a recall on my car. From the begininning of the converstion Tiffany was very helpful and infomative about the situation of the recal. Upon arriving at the dealership I was greeted with a very warm welcome from Tiffany and she helped us to the waiting area with our grandchildren and told us she would keep us informed as the work was being done. Which she very kindly did. Tiffany treated us as if she had known us and we were family. We were very impressed with complimentary hotdogs, chip and sodas while we waited. You dont find this kind of treatment now a days. Every employee that saw us spoke to us and asked if we were being taken care of. Tiffany and the lady serving the hotdogs were outstanding in customer service. I will certainly reccomend Heritage Cadilac Saab to everyone.
