I visited the dealership with my friend in which she was having her car services. While sitting in the waiting room. Long walk in Paul to make a fresh pot of coffee and knowing that he will be my saleman .I having her car services. While sitting in the waiting room. From the begininning of the conversation Paul was very helpful and informational about the 2007 Buick Lucerne. I may first instinct was bad credit on my report. Paul, was Ms. Jones you will never know if you can take the car home if you don't let me help you. I want to THANK PAUL for the helping me to get my car. You do not find this kind of treatment now a days. Every employee that saw me spoke and asked if I were being taken care of. Paul were outstanding in customer service. Worst Atlanta Cadillac Dealer. This is the only one that uses obvious pressure tactics. I talked to all four. I would not recommend this dealer. Go elsewhere to find a more friendly dealer.
