I do not deal with any other Cadillac dealership but Heritage. They are the most gracious people that I have ever dwelt with. Frankie Walker is my salesman and he has my interest and goes beyond the Heritage. They are the most gracious people that I have ever dwelt with. Frankie Walker is my salesman and he has my interest and goes beyond the call of duty to please me. Danny Vernon is my service manager and he is also exceptional. He will see me drive into the dealership and immediately will get up and come to my car to see what I need. Travis is in the oil change area and he is also as polite and gracious as the other personal. Customer service at Heritage is 110%. They greet you upon arrival and make every effort to see that you are comfortable while you wait. Or if you can't wait, there is a driver to take you where you need to go. Everyone should be lucky enough to have Heritage Cadillac as their sales and service. More

Frankie has EXCELLENCT customer service, easy to approach and very knowledgable about the cars. My intial visit to Heritage was due to a referral given for Frankie. I visited several dealerships prior to Hertiage were I felt pressured to buy. The processed seemed as if the salesperson did NOT have my best interest they just had dollar signs ($$$). However, my experience with Frankie has given me a totally different outlook on purchasing a vehicle. I would recommend Frankie to anyone I know that is in the market for a vehicle. If you look at Dealerater back in March when I bought the 2010 SRX, you will see where I said I would go back to trade my F-150 for a caddy. I was looking for a well cared for low mile older caddy and Herita 2010 SRX, you will see where I said I would go back to trade my F-150 for a caddy. I was looking for a well cared for low mile older caddy and Heritage took care of me. There was a car on the internet that hadn't been through Heritage's inspection and clean-up yet, but since I had driven an hour to get there, they showed it to me and WOW, it was just what I was looking for. Paul and his manager Farouk(sp?) (who wasn't there when I bought the SRX) gave me a fantastic deal on a super clean '03 CTS with 85k. Then they gave me a great deal on my trade in. WOW The Caddy was super clean, yet there were some scrapes on the front bumper cover. "No Problem" said Paul, we will fix it! Not only did Heritage match the bumper cover perfectly when they repainted it, they also buffed up the headlights, replaced the front brake pads, two new tires, replaced a faulty "door open" sensor, washed and waxed, shampooed carpets and trunk....the works! I had already completed the paperwork with the business office and just left it to be cleaned up yet they did all this extra work to it. Not many dealers have the integrity to go to these lengths on an older car "after" the deal is closed. This tells me that Heritage is after more than what's in your wallet. They are in it for the long haul. If there is anyone out there looking for an honest dealership, go to Heritage Cadillac. If you want the best salesman who will really really work hard to get you the best deal and take care of you, ask for Paul Byun when you get there. More
What drew me to Hertiage was when I saw the SRX displayed on youtube. Sarah did a great job selling me a vehicle that I could only see features at the time via video because I'm stationed overseas with the m on youtube. This video sold me the SRX before I walked on the lot. Next, I met Frankie and right off he listened to what I wanted and told me that he can deliver the vehicle that I wanted. As of matter of fact, I like the idea that if Hertiage doesn't have the vehicle on the lot, they will let you use a vehicle of the same model while a buyer waits on their selected vehicle. Now, that's what I call business and customer satisfaction! Then, Frankie was patient with me and I was told that I was the first customer to learn how to use the "Cadillac" app on the iPhone. Yes! At that moment, I knew I had chose the right vehicle for my needs. In short, I would recommend Hertiage Cadillac to my friends and foes. Since owning the SRX, I have told several friends and family to shop at Hertiage. Lastly, in about a month, one of the military family is purchasing a SRX when they leave from Portugal. Unfortunate, they are buying in Texas because that's where they're getting stationed next. The SRX practically sells itself, especially when I'm driving it. Thanks Hertiage. I'll definitely keep you in mind for my next vehicle. More

If you are waiting for service they feed you and hold great conversations to help keep your car always running well. I feel they are one of the best dealerships I have had the horor of working with. Tiffany Bruce is the young lady that helped me. She is simply GREAT, she's very friendly and helpful, she takes care of everything for you. My experience with Heritage was really great! They diagnosed the trouble with my car and it was fixed in hardly any lost time to me. When there was a problem with my check for payment, Tiffany was instrumental in arranging no further delay in getting back into my car. I will be a regular customer, thanks to your employees!
