I make it a point to drive from Conyers to Morrow to get my oil changes and any other service deemed necessary to maintain my vehicle at Heritage Cadillac. I called Heritage Cadillac to schedule my appointment and forgot Sonny’s name but Sonny being true to his name (Sunny) did not let my senior moment prevent him from remembering me! I visited this dealership for an oil change on my 2010 SRX. My service was completed expeditiously. Upon returning home, I noticed that the service tech failed to use a mat cover and got oil on my drive SRX. My service was completed expeditiously. Upon returning home, I noticed that the service tech failed to use a mat cover and got oil on my driver's side mat. I immediately called Mr. Julian Harmon, my service rep. Mr. Harmon asked me to return to the dealership so that he could view my problem. Upon my return, Mr. Harmon apologized for the oil stain, and immediately had my mat cleaned. He vaccumed my entire car and then presented me with a coupon for a free car wash. Although I was inconvenienced, I appreciate Mr. Harmon's prompt attention and response to my problem. More
