Mr. Frankie Walker demonstrated exceptional customer service. He greeted us with a warm and inviting smile. Mr. Walker demonstrated patience in answering our questions, looking for the exact SRX I wanted to purchase, and pricing of the new car. I purchased two other cars at other dealerships over the past 20 years, the experiences I had at Hertiatge with Mr. Walker was the epitomy of customer service and a wonderful experience purchasing a car. I am sold on the Cadillac brand due to Mr. Walker's knowledge, spirit, salemanship and the craftsmanship of the car. More
Mr. Emmons is very tenacious in serving my vehicle, very pleasant, detailed gets the job done immediately. My wife and I used this dealership, and worked with Frankie Walker on two occasions. In 2005 we were looking for a used car that offered a comfortable ride, the gear shift on the column, and most impor Frankie Walker on two occasions. In 2005 we were looking for a used car that offered a comfortable ride, the gear shift on the column, and most importantly a 8-way passenger seat for my wife. We went to Heritage after going to several other car dealerships hoping to find what we required. Frankie Walker was our first point of contact and he turned out to be very pleasant to deal with and very resourceful and tactful in making a sale. First, he listened to our requirements and said he had just the vehicle sitting on the lot. The 2002 Cadillac met our requirements, and after reviewing the price, financing and other factors, a price was agreed upon. Frankie ran the deal through the Sales Manager who came over to us and discussed the pending deal. When we picked the car up, Frankie spent time with us showing us the various features of the Cadillac and helped us set up OnStar and get the exit/entry seat option set to our satisfaction. We picked up the car on a Friday and drove to Aiken, SC on Saturday morning, a three-hour drive. Just outside Aiken, a loud noise began coming from the front of the vehicle. We contacted Frankie who contacted a dealer in Augusta, GA who just happened to be open this late on a Saturday morning. We drove to Johnson Motors in Augusta where the problem was diagnosed; the right front-wheel bearing. They lent us a vehicle for the weekend and repaired the car on Monday. Thanks to Frankie, our weekend was not ruined. The second occasion we used Frankie was in 2011. We were shopping for a replacement vehicle of a 2006 Cadillac. Again Frankie was attentive to our needs and located a car which seemed to meet our needs. Living in Aiken, SC, a three-hour drive from Heritage in Morrow, GA, our contacts were via phone and email. I know that Frankie was doing his best to make the sale of a new 2011 model, but we had located the same model with the same features in Columbia, SC which is much closer to our home. The sale came down to location, so we purchased the 2011 Cadillac through Jim Hudson dealership in Columbia, SC. We appreciated Frankie efforts to secure the sale, and he was very open with us about what he could do to secure the sale. On both occasions, 2005 and 2011, my wife and I found Frankie's attitude and sales manner to be of the calkiber we expect when dealing for a vehicle. Not pushy, just good customer service and support. Over the years he has kept in contact to make sure we were happy with the 2002 model we purchased from Hertiage, and asking us to keep him in mind when we were shopping for a replacement model. Frankie's positive attiude was definitely the deciding factor in purchasing our first Cadillac from Hertiage. More
I have dealt with this dealership for the past five years and they have always strived to make sure that I was completely satisfied with their services. Heritage Cadillac makes me feel so welcome. I know everybody and everybody knows me. It could have something to do with my car has an affinity to curbs and I seem to go through tires all the time. Thank goodness I have tire insurance with my SRX. Frankie, showed me all the features of my new car. He is always happy and helpful. I will continue to buy cars from Heritage and Frankie their customer service is amazing! More
I visited this dealership for an oil change on my 2010 SRX. My service was completed expeditiously. Upon returning home, I noticed that the service tech failed to use a mat cover and got oil on my drive SRX. My service was completed expeditiously. Upon returning home, I noticed that the service tech failed to use a mat cover and got oil on my driver's side mat. I immediately called Mr. Julian Harmon, my service rep. Mr. Harmon asked me to return to the dealership so that he could view my problem. Upon my return, Mr. Harmon apologized for the oil stain, and immediately had my mat cleaned. He vaccumed my entire car and then presented me with a coupon for a free car wash. Although I was inconvenienced, I appreciate Mr. Harmon's prompt attention and response to my problem. More
I went to the dealer to have some service on my wheels done. Julian was very helpful and very informative.
