I was on a week-end visit from Charlotte when I heard a noise from the front end of my car. I went on line and found the dealership and called to find out if the service department was open on saturday. I noise from the front end of my car. Upon my arrival, I was told that may not be seen until that following Monday. I explained my dilemma, of traveling back to North Carolina and wanting to know the condition of the vehicle. After a very brief wait,I was then given a diagnosis of the problem. Everything was handled in a very professional and timely manner. I was even impressed by the complimentary beverages, being that it was an extremely hot day! I must say that It took a lot of my mind to find out that the condition of my vehicle was not as serious as I had thought and I would have a safe drive back to Charlotte, thanks to the service I received at Heritage Cadillac/Sabb. More

I own a 2002 xxx Seville Cadillac with 48,000 miles. I have spent $8,000 in service in the past 18 months with Heritage Cadillac. I just cannot understand why a car with 48,000 miles would need all these have spent $8,000 in service in the past 18 months with Heritage Cadillac. I just cannot understand why a car with 48,000 miles would need all these repairs. You don't have to believe me, you can call Heritage and let them pull the maintenance records on this vehicle. Danny Vernon is a super nice person and handles everything in a professional manner, but I would like to talk with GM about this automobile. It seems like every time I bring it in for service, the charge is between $1500 and $3000 for service. Thank you.....Mike Craig More
