Above and beyond service All of my concerns were addressed and fixed. After service was complete I pointed out a few scratches on the vehicle. 2017 Cadillac Escalade I purchased this vehicle new in 2018 and had trouble with it from day one. When you make an appointment to bring it and it always take 3 weeks for the I purchased this vehicle new in 2018 and had trouble with it from day one. When you make an appointment to bring it and it always take 3 weeks for them to get a loaner vehicle. This happened twice, then they tell you they moved you to the top of the list so give them a good rating and the problem is never fixed. I sold the vehicle just so I didn't have to deal with them anymore. Now it's been 6 months and I'm still trying to chase down Steven Crawford warranty refund and he is never available and no one else can xxxx me. I even went into the dealership waited over 30min to see for a him and he never came out. This is such poor customer service, but they want you to buy a car from them, they give Cadillac a bad name. More

Confusion, chaos and unprofessionalism. It was laughable and to think I drove 300 miles round trip to be disrespected like that. General common sense would indicate this shouldn’t happen in a high quality Cadillac dealership. WRONG! Spent significant time and energy communicating in writing via email with management before making the trip. Was ignored, deceived and disappointed. It was definitely textbook EVERYTHING that is wrong with the car business. The sales people were more forthcoming than the management. Oh well maybe this is why GM is struggling so. Heading off in the morning to buy Toyota! More

This dealership stinks. Drove 3.5 hours to test drive and check out a corvette, that had been "meticulously" maintained. I got there and the car was covered in dust, I popped the hood and it literally looked like it was driven in a sand storm. I was told prior to driving down that the car was coming out of detail. Engine had lifter tap and spongey clutch. They refused to negotiate whatsoever on the price of the car. Glad i didn't make a $38,000 dollar mistake. More
