Very disappointed customer On March 15 I bought a 2014 ats from this certified pre owned dealer. On the 18th the radiator went out in the car. They kept the car a week and called and said it was ready and on my way home it went out again. I live over an hour away from this dealer. I took the car back on the 27th of March. They kept the car until April 25. A whole month. The service advisor said my head gaskets were blown and they replaced the radiator again. When I got home on the 25th with the car the check engine light came on again. This time it’s the exhaust emissions systems. So I have to take the car back again. I haven’t had a full week of driving my car without issues. I spoke with the used car manager about this. He was extremely rude. He reminded me that I bought a used car. I did buy a used car but from a certified preowned dealer and I would have never thought I would be experiencing this type of treatment. I have not been able to enjoy being apart of the Cadiallic family. I would not recommend this dealer to enemy. Still waiting on someone to contact me about this. This has been the worst car buying experience I’ve EVER had. More

The food (breakfast) was fantastic. It helped me be able to wait for my car. Got good service from Naye as well. I usually have Shelly who I just adore, but she was not in this last visit. My only complaint is that my display (every time I start my car) says "change engine oil soon". It was not saying that before the service and I had an oil and filter change while I was there. This means that I have to come back to have the display reset. More

Good Service This was my first time at Heritage. They go the extra mile to accommodate their customers while they wait, like providing internet and snacks. Fro This was my first time at Heritage. They go the extra mile to accommodate their customers while they wait, like providing internet and snacks. From my initial call, Heritage placed me in the hands of a personable service manager that dealt with my problem from beginning to end. Rob was very pleasant and professional. He explained to me that the two issues were likely connected and the techs fixed one of them as expected. But there were three issues that warrant them 4 stars instead of 5 stars: 1. Heritage had to order the parts, which took several days. But they didn't call me when they had received them. After 10 days, I called them inquiring about the parts to schedule the repair. 2. When the tech replaced the parts of my navigation system and finalized the repair, the navigation system hadn't changed from when I brought it in. I wonder if the issue could have been resolved without part replacements and just the manipulation of the resets as they alternatively did. 3. With the amount of work they performed on my navigation system, I realized they hadn't taken the extra step to upgrade my maps. Rib referred me to the website for navigation map upgrades that cost $99. A dealership having an extra copy of upgraded maps for their customers could have been a value-added measure having residual ROI through customer loyalty and satisfaction. More
