Service at Heritage Cadillac - Morrow, Ga. Poor representation of the Cadillac brand. Dealership was non responsive to my phone calls checking on my car and ordered parts. I was promised parts were ordered that never came(2 mos). Servic Dealership was non responsive to my phone calls checking on my car and ordered parts. I was promised parts were ordered that never came(2 mos). Service advisor lied on 2 separate occassions about the compressor and Cue screen. I set another appointment online weeks after being advised the phantom parts would be there in 2 days, they confirmed with Cadillac Corp who tracked the packages(a lie). The online system only had a 730 slot open. I dropped off the XTS and filled out the repair envelope at 710am. I left 3 messages trying to check on the car no return call. I went there about 1445 and waited until 1615 before leaving as the car had not been touched and I was advised that online appt are not guaranteed. All this for a battery and 4 wheel alignment. I was offered a loaner but it never came so as with the A/C system I had the battery and alignment done elsewhere ($1900) in a car that was COMPLETELY maintained by Cadillac! More

Excellent customer service. Frankie was very thorough and accommodating according to our needs. He offered service if we need it beyond his hours of duty.
