The service department is sloppy they act busy so they don’t have to answer service calls when trying to schedule an appt. You have to call all day just to get back in contact with the Service advisor you don’t have to answer service calls when trying to schedule an appt. You have to call all day just to get back in contact with the Service advisor you spoke with originally. Nobody calls to give you an update with your car you have to call them very unprofessional!!
