He was great at telling us what to do and when it was convenient for us to return the SRX to Heritage Cadillac. The information he gave us was absolutely crucial in our decisions to return the SRX and trade in the other vehicle we owned. We also had a 2018 KIA SOUL we were thinking of trading in after returning the SRX because we’ve been looking at the XT5 for a while. We thought it would be difficult and complicated but Steve Southard was as cool as a cucumber. He made us feel right at home and said he’d take care of us and he did. Thanks to the teamwork of Heritage Cadillac, Steve and Tom did a fine job at delivering our new vehicle. More

Car check_up I bought my SRX from a non Cadillac dealer and took it to Heritage to have checked out. Sonny in service informed me of repairs needed. Also my XM rad I bought my SRX from a non Cadillac dealer and took it to Heritage to have checked out. Sonny in service informed me of repairs needed. Also my XM radio wasnt working. I bought an extended warranty so the work I needed done was covered. Waiting area was comfortable with all you can drink coffee and sodas and juice from the fountain. Chick fil a was served for breakfast and lunch. All in all I had a great experience at Heritage Cadillac. More

Excellent service I just wanted to thank my service manager Sonny. He has a breath of fresh air in that he’s been straight forward, honest and genuine. When the work was done, my 2004 CTS rode like a dream ( in spite of the 158,000 miles). The thought that my daughter can drive this vehicle for the next 3-4 years (hopefully) is such a relief.
