Nice relaxing experience while having my car serviced Sherri made me comfortable in knowing that if I had any question I could simply text her for an answer. It was a busy day so I assumed the wait would Sherri made me comfortable in knowing that if I had any question I could simply text her for an answer. It was a busy day so I assumed the wait would be a bit lengthy. I relaxed in the comfortable lounge, watched a little tv, read a little in the newspaper. I made a few phone calls and realized my phone battery was low. I took advantage of the convenience of the charging station. Before I knew it, Sherri came to the lounge for me. She had checked in with me during my wait to let me know it wouldn't be much longer. To say the least, I'm impressed. Thanks!! More
