Service is excellent Purchased a ATS last year and recently I had to get standard service and fix a recall and it was a wonderful experience. The Heritage Experience Heritage Cadillac in Morrow was awesome. I was very hesitant going into a Cadillac dealership because I guess I just never thought to go get myself a Heritage Cadillac in Morrow was awesome. I was very hesitant going into a Cadillac dealership because I guess I just never thought to go get myself a luxury vehicle, however Mrs. Tammy White was able to put all my negative anxiety aside and I was able to leave the lot with a certified Pre-Owned 2016 Cadillac SRX with just over 47k miles. Starter,/headlights The dealer that handle my car I wasn't so pleased with his attitude he acted as if he didn't want to be there in like I was getting on his nerves the The dealer that handle my car I wasn't so pleased with his attitude he acted as if he didn't want to be there in like I was getting on his nerves the initial conversation about my car was to replace the starter and replace the bulbs on my headlights because my headlights they went out a couple of weeks ago and I was having to drive with my bright lights on at night when coming home from work okay he told me that he would take care of it okay I get there to pick up my car he gives me the bill I look at the bill I go pay he gives he takes me to the cashier to pay the bill I paid the bill she gives me a receipt I look at the summary of the job that has been done on my car but there was no thing in there saying anything about replacing the bulbs in my headlights okay after I paid the bill I go and find him and ask him what did they have a chance to replace the bulbs in my headlights okay we goes back into his office he go calculate how much the bulbs are the bugs are $35 a piece which would have came up to about $70 with a headlight bulbs I didn't need the whole headlight theme I just need it to bulbs okay he calculates it the bulbs itself is $35 a piece now he wants to charge me another $300 just to put the bugs in their understand that they have to take the bumper off the front of my car to get to the both where you put the bus at in the car okay now if you had a did that remembered to do that why they was putting my starter in all of that would have been done I just paid almost $900 $889.73 somewhere along in there okay now you want to charge me another $300 to replace my bulbs in my car all because you forgot to do it in the process of doing everything else so everything would have been calculated at one time start of me having to pay almost $900 just to put a starter in my car which I think is is absolutely ridiculous to charge a person that type of money just for a dingo starter and I know the starter itself wasn't but about maybe wet $200 okay 200 and some change all right now you wants to charge me a whole new bill for another $300 when everything could have been calculated in one would which would have probably took my bill up to maybe I'm just guessing $1,100 at the most okay from $1,000 to about $1,100 okay now I got to be penalized because he forgot to replace the bulbs in my car in my head on my headlights that's my issue so it's not fair we spend a lot of money when it come down to taking care of our cars and we don't like and we don't appreciate being taken advantage of bottom line thank you More
