Brake Repair at Heritage Cadillac /Morrow GA Mr. Higgins was friendly in greeting me, and he wrote up my repair request. He advised of the process to review the wear of my brakes. He kept me informed once the necessity & extent of the repair was determined; along with the cost estimate. He also offered to provide me a ride to the mall while waiting. I declined but I appreciate Mr. Higgins professionalism! I also ate lunch while waiting. The lady serving food was friendly & approachable. I spent about 4.5 hours waiting for my vehicle. Heritage Cadillac made my wait there bearable. More
