On Thursday January 2, 2020 I was on my way back home to Fl. when all the sudden my vehicle traction light and the engine light came on. The engine light stated" engine power reduced". At this time I drove Fl. when all the sudden my vehicle traction light and the engine light came on. The engine light stated" engine power reduced". At this time I drove my Cadillac CTS Coupe to the Cadillac service center which is located in Morrow, GA. Mr. Sonny Emmons who is the Assistant Service Manager assisted me. I would like to thank Mr. Emmons for being so proffessional, helpful, understanding and patient with me. The vehicle was fix the following day and I headed home. If you are looking to purchase a new vehicle. I recommend that you purchase an extended warranty. Which I did and It help me a great deal! Thank you again Mr. Emmons....hugs & kisses. My appointment was for a recall and when I arrived I was told it will be a few hours but they got me done and out within an hour and a half. As I waited in there comfortable waiting area watching tv I was a told it will be a few hours but they got me done and out within an hour and a half.
